Instructions:

Paints are acrylic; if they have thickened up, thin them down with a little water.

  Paint using a paintbrush or a sponge.

  Use the sponge by dabbing it into the paint and apply  to the plate to create the kind of pattern you want. Try  experimenting you will be surprised what you can come up with.

You may also use your fingers if you like to do finger painting.

  When using different colours allow for the first colour to dry before applying the second colour and so on.

  For very small areas you can use a toothpick to apply small amounts of paint to the relevant area. For example the black spot in the eye.
